1. Shipments

At OOOFF we currently ship to the following geographic areas.

Spain (Peninsula)

  • Standard Shipping 48/72h with GLS : €4.25
  • Express shipping 24h with GLS : €6.45

Spain (Balearic Islands)

  • Standard Shipping 48/72h with GLS : €8.85
  • Express shipping 24h with GLS : €11.45

Spain (Canary Islands)

  • Standard Shipping 48/72h with GLS : €10.85
  • Express shipping 24h with GLS : €16.45

Andorra

  • Express shipping 24h with GLS : €14.45

Portugal

  • Express shipping 24h with GLS : €6.55

2. Returns

You can return products purchased at oooff.es within 14 days, which begins counting from the moment you receive your order.

How to proceed to make a return:

  1. Send us an email to info@oooff.es indicating the order number and the reason for the return (optional).
  2. You send the product or products to be returned to TORRA 312 ACTION SL, Carrer Granollers 100, Bajo, 08440 Cardedeu, Barcelona .
  3. Once we receive your return and check the condition of the product, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount.

You must send us the product or products you wish to return in the original packaging and in the same condition in which you received them.

If you want to exchange a product, you must first process the return of the order and then place a new one.
